OUR OFFERINGS
One-On-One Training
Our one-on-one strength and conditioning service is tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals with personalized attention and expert guidance. Whether you’re training for sports, improving overall strength, or focusing on injury prevention, our dedicated coaches will design a program specifically for you. Plus, we now offer this service remotely, so you can work with us from anywhere and get the same high-quality coaching no matter where you are! More info on that and other online programs below.
Performance Membership
Our Performance Training Membership offers individualized training in a high-quality, small-group setting. Sessions are capped at 3 athletes per hour, allowing our coaches to provide personalized attention while maintaining an energetic training environment.
Each athlete follows their own customized program based on age, experience, and goals even when training alongside others. Training frequency can be up to 6 days per week, with weekly volume discussed and guided by your coach to determine the frequency and schedule that is best for you.
Athletes also receive access to our training app, where workouts are delivered, tracked, and logged to ensure consistency and long-term progress.
This program is not sport-specific, but is intentionally designed for developing athletes from middle school through college, focusing on building strength, power, movement quality, and durability that carry over to any sport.
