Small Group Training
Our small group training offers a private, personalized experience where you train alongside others with similar goals. Whether it's a group you create or one we help you set up, you'll get the same tailored attention as our one-on-one sessions, but with the added motivation of working with a small group. Perfect for those who want the benefits of coaching in a supportive, community-driven setting!
Baseball/Softball Specific Training
Our baseball and softball-specific group classes are designed to elevate your game with focused training in a small group setting of 4-5 athletes. Choose from two groups: Learn to Lift, perfect for younger or beginner athletes, and College Prep, for more experienced players aiming to take their performance to the next level.
